This Sales Development Role (SDR) has become available due to internal promotion. The SDR position was created as a development role, learning the necessary sales skills and technologies to successfully transition to a commissioned Sales Consultant / Account Executive, typically in only 6 months! This role provides an in depth training program that allows you to learn from the ground up and successfully implement your new sale skills, which will help with your success and career in sales. Proven locally and globally, the SDR development process has supported hundreds of SDRs to become Account Executives and beyond.



  • Proactively call into prospective customers to learn, understand, and ultimately uncover sales opportunities
  • Partner with senior quota carrying sales representatives to learn and understand the full sales cycle process
  • Provide superior customer service by offering accurate product information and timely follow-up in a friendly, professional manner
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach by asking appropriate questions seeking to understand the prospective customers' business
  • Utilise SalesForce to accurately track progress and share updates (training provided)
  • Perform other duties and projects, as assigned



  • You will be eager to learn and ready to apply your new skills.

  • Have good communication skills
  • You will have a customer orientated nature with an unique and creative approach.
  • Ideally Tertiary Qualified and with some prior sales experience, but not necessary
