SPS Commerce is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Customer Success Analyst) to join our Analytics Support team. This is a great entry-point into the Analytics and Account Management space where candidates have a naturally long run-way for growth.

Situations that commonly arise may include a password re-set, additional training, and trouble shooting minor user issues. This role works with cross-functional teams, internally and externally and will have exposure to clients of varying sizes and sophistication. Finding the right resource who can be flexible is a key to success.
This role will leverage your excellent communication skills – most of the communication occurs telephonically as our clients are located all over North America. SPS isn’t for the feint of heart – things move quickly here, so top performers are unflappable in the face of tough problems and have a demonstrated ability to handle stress while inspiring confidence with stakeholders.
