Day to Day
As part of the Operational Team in our Dutch Division, you will work closely with the Project Managers, Consultants, Support Specialists, Onboarding Specialists and the Customer Success Team. Reporting to an Operations Team Lead you will work closely with SPS implementation and sales teams to provide a world-class experience and ensure high customer satisfaction. You'll report to the Senior Development Manager and take day-to-day direction from a Team Lead. We'll start you off with extensive training about our company, culture, platform and technologies.
