Day to Day
You'll report to the Senior Development Manager and take day-to-day direction from a Team Lead. We'll start you off with extensive training about our company, culture, platform and technologies. Once up to speed, you'll work on scrum teams of eight to ten people to deliver our FLOW Partner Automation Platform to various customers.
At any given time you can expect to work on multiple projects, depending on the size and scope, for customers primarily in the Netherlands, Germany and France. Your particular focus will be on analyzing issues and technologies -- what is in place -- and recommending what needs to be changed or added to ensure an effective solution.
From the statement of work (SOW) to developing roadmaps, workflows and partner setups, this team creates about 80% of the solution. The operations team, who works directly with customers, creates the remaining 20%, although you may help in that effort.
