You will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least once a week. You may come in more frequently as you get up to speed. Open to full-time or part-time between 32-40 hours per week.

Day to Day
Reporting to an Operations Team Lead you will work closely with SPS implementation and sales teams to provide a world-class experience and ensure high customer satisfaction. You'll act as a filter in gathering information prior to assigning work to Implementation Consultants. Initially, you'll support projects for customers in the Netherlands, and over time expand your responsibilities to support customers in Germany and France.
You'll focus on intake tasks once a project launches, which involves communicating directly with customers to gather required information and prepare them for success in the implementation process. You'll also interact extensively with the sales team. Communication will include email, phone calls and both online and in-person meetings.
