Description

Job Summary: The Associate Program Manager, as a member of the program management team, will have primary responsibilities of evaluating and managing leads delivered from SPS Commerce Partners (retailers), working to drive maximum adoption per partner. The candidate will be considered the subject matter expert on trading partner on-boarding best practices and act as the key point of contact for some new Partner Enablement Programs as well as some existing Partner ongoing engagements including New Vendor acquisition.

 

This is a fixed-term contract, with a target end date of January, 2026.

 

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

· Own and engage in the planning and implementation of community programs, focused on SMB customers with <50 vendors to onboard

· Lead our customers in planning and creating strategies, tactics, activities, and materials for the purpose of conveying the customer's message to their community and driving maximum adoption within program timeline

· Draft, package and distribute communication materials, internally and externally

· Develop and execute training for sales team to execute on trading partner outreach

· Serve as liaison between the Partner (retailer) and its customers, and internal constituents, working collaboratively with the account team to understand dependencies and adjust outreach approach and campaign timelines accordingly

· Triage and manage internal requests for accurate recordkeeping and program collateral through the program management queue to maximize vendor engagement and adoption and external inquiries on to shorten the sales cycle and provide visibility to customers

· Support Program Managers on up to 2 large (400+ vendors) programs at a time by running reports and analyzing data

· Meet or exceed campaign adoption rate targets; manage to all KPIs

 

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience PLUS 1 - 3 years relevant experience

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects with an ability to prioritize while focusing on quality and detail

· Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written), able to facilitate communications and problem resolution internally and externally

 

Preferred Experience

· Expert level Excel skills

· Salesforce, web analysis and reporting tools

· Retail experience

· Basic knowledge of internet-based software products and services
