Due to significant growth and continuous expansion of our teams, SPS Commerce is hiring several Consultant II, Implementation roles on our Australia Automation team to work with our customers. The Consultant II has the opportunity to deliver complex EDI solutions developed by SPS that integrate into the customers’ ERP system.
This is a fully remote role, based in the Philippines, but will be required to work in Australia hours.

What is the day to day like?
- Your primary goals as a consultant consist of systems and solution analysis, implementation of projects as defined in detailed statements of work, problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution using advanced data transformation tools.
- May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
- You will attend internal and customer meetings as required, execute technical and functional projects and generate documentation and statements of work. Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress.
- Because you’ll likely work multiple projects at once, you’ll need to manage your time effectively by monitoring internal workflow as well as project plans. Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.
- Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
- Lastly and perhaps most importantly, you will constantly strive for service excellence in order to “wow” our customers.
What is required?
Consultant II:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent activities
- Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results
- Industry experience in retail, supply chain, logistics
- Strong relationship building skills. Excellent oral communication and telephone skills and strong written communication and interpersonal skills
What is preferred?
- 3-5 years of experience with ERP systems, are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of EDI standards and EDI integration such as ANSI and EDIFACT is important
- Experience in EDI, ERP, supply chain is preferred
