Position Summary:
SPS Commerce is seeking for an EDI Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll work alongside a talented team of 6 Consultants from Netherlands, Germany and France to create and to deliver innovative, standardized solutions that elevate our customer experience. You’ll dive into researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues related to change events, ensuring every challenge is met with a solution. Plus, you’ll take the lead on managing escalations when needed, driving positive outcomes every step of the way.

Day to Day:
Reporting to a Customer Succes Manager you will work closely with SPS Sales team, Support team and development/DevOps team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Communication will include email, phone calls and both online and in-person meetings.
Take charge of delivering exceptional service to our customers, serving as their go-to technical advisor. You'll guide them every step of the way regarding communication module set ups, testing and configuring systems that streamlines electronic data flows, ensuring seamless and efficient connections.
