Position Summary:
SPS Commerce is hiring a Consultant I to support our clients in Implementation on our remote Microsoft Market Team! As a Consultant I, you will work on a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events and managing escalated events when necessary.
