Position Summary: 

We are seeking a Consultant I, EDI Testing/RetailOnboarding to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events. Additionally, you will manage escalated events as needed. 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Work closely with SPS customers connecting to their retailers to understand their systems and align them with the retailer's EDI requirements.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and certification of supplier solutions to ensure compatibility and accuracy in data exchange (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, ASNs).
  • Provide technical guidance and support during implementation phases, including training (business process and testing platform), error resolution, and production readiness.
  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers, offering customer service to address queries and facilitate smooth onboarding via phone and email
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and retail business timelines.

 

Location:   

You can live anywhere in the Philippines. This role is 100% remote. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., in EDI standards like ANSI X12 or EDIFACT) are a plus.

 

EDI Expertise: Proven ability to read, interpret, and work with EDI documents and formats. Strong understanding of EDI standards, mapping tools, and integration processes.

 

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in EDI implementation, testing and support roles.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a technical or consulting capacity, involving client interactions and issue resolution.
  • Experience in retail or supply chain environments is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple supplier projects concurrently without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
