Description

SPS Commerce has multiple openings for Consultant II, Mid-Market/NetSuite team who will work among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will work on implementation projects including problem resolution for customer change events. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, outstanding communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability.

 

Location and Work Hours:

This is a fully remote role, and can be based anywhere in the Philippines

The role will work in US Central Standard Time Zone

Day to Day

As a Consultant II, you will work in a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. You will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary.

You will:

  • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation projects
  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
  • May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
  • Inform customers and other stakeholders of project progress
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
  • Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved

 

Required Skills

To be successful in the Consultant II role, you should bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with no experience; or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-facing presence
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • A well-rounded skill set: proactive driver and facilitator, tactical leader, and hands-on contributor
  • Ability to apply, test, and refine data rules to achieve targeted outcomes
  • Familiarity with XML, and experience using text editing and data mapping tools is a plus
