Position Summary:  

 

SPS Commerce is seeking an Integration Testing & Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Integrated Fulfillment Implementation team. We are looking for an individual who is Obsessed with Customers and driven by a "Get After it" attitude to deploy our state-of-the-art, cloud-based supply chain solutions. In this role, you will be the vital link, ensuring seamless communication between our clients' systems and their trading partners by expertly designing, testing, and implementing strategic ERP integrations. 

  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to support, design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software 
  • Troubleshoot Implementation and Integrations with the Customer Success team and clients  
  • Write quality code and tests that are maintainable, accurate, well tested, and follow best practices 
  • Plan how the code will be monitored and diagnosed to minimize outages 
  • Build services and components upon the latest frameworks, platforms and service providers 
  • Monitor dashboards and respond to alerts, and keep services running smoothly 
  • Partner with experts in specialized areas like usability, cloud automation, and service reliability in a technically complex environment 
  • Estimate work and timelines with reasonable accuracy and articulate reasoning behind estimates 
  • Reduce the complexity of work through automation and scaling solutions 
  • Monitor and help maintain the health and availability of systems, apps, and related infrastructure 

  

Location:  

Fully Remote Role within the US  

  

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant Experience; or equivalent work experience 
  • T-SQL (Microsoft), ERP (Any of GP, D365F&SC, D365BC OR NAV) 
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, PHP, Python) 
  • Familiar with EDI space. 
  • Knowledge of core computer science concepts and can develop applications with a limited scope 
  • Ability to pair program with peers; works well in a collaborative setting – is a team player 
  • Prior exposure to 3rd parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers desired 
  • Strong relationship-building skills. 
  • Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple concurrent activities. 
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently 

 

  

What We Offer:

The salary range for this role is based on several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

  

The annual salary range for this role is $69,000-$90,000. The actual salary offered will be determined by the factors listed above and may fall within the range.
