In this role you will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drive both engagement and conversion. Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilising a variety of tactics such as events, email, automation, social, ads, and others - Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to maximise ROI and revenue - Collaborate with our marketing and sales leaders (in country and US) locations on campaign design and execution - Create and evangelise a marketing framework - Work with the content team to develop campaign messaging and iterate where needed - Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns - Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioural data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue - Create and manage event programmes to support goals   What experience and skills do I need? - Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience - Experience in marketing campaigns - Proven project management skills - Ability to prioritise both projects and stakeholders - Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction - Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure - Experience improving SEO metrics - Ability to think critically and solve problems   What experience is preferred? - Experience with Salesforce.com

Relevant work experience is defined as sales hunting, account management, sales consultancy, or related experience. - Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written), listening, and writing relevant and engaging content.  - Demonstrative behaviours around integrity, curiosity, engagement, self-driven initiative, collaboration, relationship building, customer engagement/support, and leadership expectations.  - Demonstrated organisation and prioritisation skills.  - Creative and adaptable improviser with an ability to work off-script when executing new approaches or responding to unforeseen obstacles. What experience is preferred? - Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com - Selling solutions or services into Retail, Distribution or Grocery - Retail Operations and/or Supply Chain experience
