This role will work on implementation projects including problem resolution for customer change events. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, outstanding communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability.
Job Summary: The Associate Program Manager, as a member of the program management team, will have primary responsibilities of evaluating and managing leads delivered from SPS Commerce Partners (retailers), working to drive maximum adoption per partner. The candidate will be considered the subject matter expert on trading partner on-boarding best practices and act as the key point of contact for some new Partner Enablement Programs as well as some existing Partner ongoing engagements including New Vendor acquisition.
